As an Admin or Super admin user, you can configure your company’s profile settings in your Turvo tenant.
Using the Admin console, you can easily change and update:
- Company name, address, and phone number
- Default phone country code
- Company logos:
- Primary logo: This logo should be 400px wide x 100px tall and will be displayed in the top left corner of your tenant.
- Account logo: This logo should be 200px wide x 200px tall.
Step 1: Access the company profile page.
Navigate to the Admin console by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of Turvo. Select Admin console.
Then click into your Company Profile.
Step 2: Fill in the profile information.
Under the General Information > Profile section, you can update your company name, address, phone number, and email address. Click SAVE to save changes.
Note: Currently, updating these fields will not update the information on documents (i.e. rate confirmations, invoices) generated within Turvo. This enhancement will be a part of future releases.
Step 3: Add logos.
Within the Logos section, you can upload a Primary and Account logo to display in your tenant.
What is the Primary logo?
The Primary logo appears in the top left corner of your tenant, and must be less than 1MB in size and no smaller than 200px wide and 50px tall. Our recommended dimensions are 400px wide by 100px tall.
What is the Account logo?
Note: The Account logo field in the current functionality will only appear when your company is added as a customer or carrier on a shipment or order within your tenant (if ever), and on the default customer/carrier profile that represents your company in your tenant. This field has primarily been created for future enhancements of the company profile. Stay tuned for future updates!
If you would like to add a logo here, this logo should also be less than 1MB, and should be no smaller than 100px by 100px. Our recommended dimensions are 200px wide by 200px tall.
Updating logos
To update your logos, hover over the current logo and click to Change image:
If you have never uploaded any logos, you will see a button to Upload.
Within the image update modal that pops up, click UPLOAD A NEW IMAGE.
This will open a file folder, where you can browser folders within your computer to find the right image file. Note the recommended size and dimensions mentioned above for each logo type.
Once you've selected the image, a preview will populate in the modal. Adjust the viewing window to the right size to capture your logo.
Click SAVE to save your changes.
Final Step: Refresh your screen
Refresh your screen in order to see the updates you've made. The new Primary logo should appear in the upper left corner of your tenant and the company profile information will be saved.
