The copy option within a Turvo order allows quick transfer of order details into new orders, cutting down on data-entry time. The copy feature allows you to copy an entire order or portions of an order while maintaining all other information to ensure you can quickly create a new order.
Access the copy function from the ellipsis (three dots) in the upper right corner of the order to begin:
Copying
When you select Copy, a modal window will pop up, in which you can select the details you'd like to copy to a new order.
- Number of copies: Select the number of copies you'd like to make.
- Tags: Apply any tags to the order.
You can then select which aspects of the order you'd like to copy. By default, the entire order is selected to be copied. You can choose to copy only a subset of the equipment, route, costs, groups, and carrier from the details of the order.
When all required fields have been entered, click COPY.
Reviewing changes
When the copy action is complete, you will be able to click on the updated order from the status complete box. If you do not wish to view the order immediately, just click DONE.
