The Move feature within Turvo allows you to move the contents of a customer or carrier section from an existing shipment to another shipment, or to a new shipment, cutting down on data-entry time.
Access the Move function from the three dots in the upper right corner of the shipment to begin.
After selecting Move, a modal window will pop up, where you can select the details you'd like to move.
Note: Whichever section you select to move will be removed from the original shipment.
Select if you'd like to move to a new or an existing shipment and which aspects of the original shipment should be moved over. You can also take this opportunity to add tags to the shipment, if necessary.
When all required fields have been entered, click the blue MOVE button to complete the action.
When the Move action is complete, you will be able to click on the updated shipment from the status complete box. If you do not wish to view the shipment immediately, just click DONE.
