Configuring Announcements from Turvo

You have the ability to configure how announcements from Turvo are received. You can control announcement visibility by selecting which type of announcements are received by certain users. 

Note: This feature does not apply to shared tenants.

There are three announcement types of announcements that Turvo will send, General, Release, and Finance. For each announcement type, you can select that everyone receives them, just certain roles, or specific users. 

Important note: Turvo may send important announcements using this feature; if you do not see this feature enabled in your tenant, reach out to your Turvo representative.

Configure Announcements from Turvo

To configure what users receive which announcements, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Admin console by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of Turvo, then select Admin console from the drop-down.

  2. Click Announcements.

  3. Click System.

  4. Click Configure Visibility.

  5. For each announcement type, General, Release, and Finance, select from the options:
    1. Everyone: All users within the tenant receive general announcements
    2. Specific roles: Only users with selected roles receive general announcements
    3. Specific users: Only selected users receive general announcements

  6. Click SAVE to save your selections.

Note: If no settings are configured for your tenant, all users receive all announcements.
