CR-6968 |
Tenant-level #RunningLate & #Approaching Late threshold rules: Turvo now allows users with Admin permissions and above to create a Running Late and an Approaching Late threshold at the tenant-level via the Admin console. Tenant-level thresholds serve as a default threshold for all customer accounts, unless specific thresholds are added to a customer account. In these cases, the account-level thresholds override the tenant-level threshold. Tenant-level thresholds are recommended when the same threshold can be applied to most customers, and individual thresholds can be set for customers that require them. This reduces the number of accounts that need to be manually updated. Note: The tenant-level threshold feature is available to all Turvo tenants. You don't need to make any changes to your tenant if you are already utilizing customer account-level rules. See the Manage and configure #ApproachingLate and #RunningLate threshold rules article to learn more. |

CR-12207 |
Carrier and customer account tags visibility in associated shipments: By default, account tags are visible only in the Accounts page. However, users with Admin access or above can now configure your tenant so that the tags that are assigned to the shipment in customer’s and carrier’s accounts can be viewed from within the shipments they are associated with. You can quickly see the tags assigned to the customer or carrier that can impact your workflow for the shipment. Important Note: This feature only makes these tags visible from within the shipment to users in your tenant. The account tags are not assigned to the shipment, nor are they shared to your connected shipping partners. See the Show customer and carrier account tags within shipments article to learn more about this feature. |

CR-13712 |
Account-related Tasks now available: We extended Turvo’s Tasks feature to customer accounts, providing the ability to create and manage tasks tied to accounts, like one-time reminders to follow-up with a prospective customer, or recurring tasks that you may need to track. For example, the creation of a monthly batch invoice. You can view and address these tasks in the account page using the new Tasks tab or manage all your account-related tasks via the Workbench. You can also use Turvo’s Autopilot feature to create notification rules and to automatically generate recurring tasks. See the Create and manage account-related tasks article to learn more about leveraging account-related tasks to manage your shipping partners. |

CR-13310 and CR-14189 |
Tenant and location-level settings for exception information and shipment status notes on link emails: We changed the Admin Console > Shipment > Delivery Link segment to the Share Link segment and updated the associated toggles. Previously, there was only a Show exceptions toggle that included exception information in delivery location links. The Show exceptions and Show shipment update notes toggles for delivery location links will unlock corresponding toggles at the location-level. You must then configure each location to include this information on delivery links sent to that location. These toggles will add exception information relevant to a location in the email and a Notes field in the Create link modal to include a message in the email. The Show shipment updates notes toggle for Turvo links will enable a Notes field for all manually-created Turvo links. Additional configuration is not required for this toggle. See the Include exception information and shipment status notes in link emails article to learn more. |

CR-13942 |
Updates to the data glossary for custom document templates: We updated the data glossary for tenants using the custom document templates feature with a new format. We are also adding additional fields that may be useful when creating the HTML files for your custom templates. The file format is a .xlsx spreadsheet file, that includes two tabs, one containing a glossary of Data Variables, and the other providing an example and tips for creating a custom template HTML file. The data glossary section of the Configure Document templates in Admin console article contains additional information on the data glossary. |

When you create the new carrier group, you will be directed to the profile assignment page when you can assign the profile. Important note: This feature is not enabled by default. TDI updates for the preferred track provider in the Carrier profile: We created new fields for integrations that are used to capture data for routing guides and onboarding tracking for integrations.

CR-7780 |
New SSO multi-tenant switching support: When users switch tenants after logging in to Turvo, the system will check if SSO is enabled. If it is enabled, users can now take advantage of SSO compliant multi-tenant switching. Important note: The SSO multi-tenant switching support feature is not enabled by default. Please contact your Turvo representative to enable this feature. |

With this release, the shipment Start Time is configurable and updates in the Driver app. The toggle to switch this setting ON or OFF will be available in Admin console > Rules > Shipments > Shipment updates > Configure shipment start time. |

Turvo Shipment ID now appears in the Memo field of the QBO Vendor bill: We updated Turvo’s QuickBooks integration so that when a carrier invoice is approved in Turvo and triggers the creation of a Vendor bill in QBO, the Turvo Shipment ID is added to the Memo field in the Vendor bill automatically. This provides additional visibility in QBO’s Transaction List by Vendor report of what shipments are linked to transactions. ADMN-14 |
Permission assignment support: We simplified the way you find and assign permissions for roles that use that feature when a new attribute, entity, segment, and section is added. Previously, you had to assign permissions individually for each role. Now, for example, when a new attribute is added to an entity, a notification is added to Admin console > Roles & permissions that lets you know that permission assignment is needed for that new attribute. From there, you can assign permissions. This applies to Turvo standard roles and custom roles. For detailed information, see How to create and manage users. |

Replace the TDI Successful record column with Total files column: To reduce confusion with TDI file uploads, we removed the Successful record column. CR-13771 |
Consolidated rating in Turvo: To eliminate the need for users to manually calculate and apply any consolidation cost benefits, Turvo now recognizes when multiple orders from the same customer are consolidated into a shipment. For example:
If three orders with 7, 5, and 8 pallets each are consolidated into a shipment, and if the orders are rated individually, the cost per pallet would be $58. Since all three orders are consolidated into one shipment, the combined quantity falls into the 10-20 pallet range and therefore the $56/pallet cost would be applied. See the Rate a shipment or an order article for more information. |

CR-13509 |
TDI improvements to Contracts: We enhanced your ability to manage contracts through TDI by adding the following features to the contracts .csv file:
See the TDI field mapping tables - Contract article for more information. |
No |
CR-13772 |
Improved cost allocation during order-to-shipment: We improved the cost allocation for order-to-shipment functionality so that orders will disperse costs to the appropriate shipment. Previously, if an order was planned onto multiple shipments, all the costs associated with the order copied to every shipment. See the Order-to-shipment planning - Allocate costs article for more information. |

The spreadsheet contains a filtered snapshot of your current routing guides and contract rates, enables you to make changes, and re-upload the changes through TDI. |

CR-12985 |
Driver details offer process improvement: Before this release, carriers could not add driver details to an offer page while accepting email offers, requiring the carriers to separately contact the driver. We added fields to capture a driver’s name and phone number in the offer screen. Adding driver information during this process automatically sends the information to the driver. See the Send an offer to a carrier article for more information. |

No |
CR-13761 and CR-13997 |
Update Order and Shipment on association and dissociation: Before this release, any changes to an order were not communicated to associated shipments, and any changes to shipments were not communicated to orders. With this update, adding an order or consolidated order to a shipment also adds that order’s information and route details to that consolidated order and/or any associated shipments. This update applies to all new orders, all planned shipments on an existing order, and to various order-to-shipment scenarios:
Additionally, when removing an order from a shipment or consolidated order also removes that order’s information and route details from that consolidated order and/or any associated shipments.
For more information on the above scenarios, see the Order-to-shipment planning article. |
