After the 2022-R4 Patch Two release on December 16, 2022, some Turvo customers are unable to access the postings section within their ITS shipments. This section is not able to load and is displaying the following error message...

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Close your Turvo session.
- Clear the history on your browser. The steps below may vary based on your browser type and version. Here are the instructions for Chrome and Firefox browsers.
- Log into Turvo.
- Navigate to your Profile by clicking the Profile icon, then your name.
Select the Details tab, then click Settings to reveal the Load boards section. Click the Refresh Credentials link.
The credentials pop-up displays:
- Enter your existing credentials in the Email address and Password fields and then click LINK ACCOUNTS.
- Check to see that the postings on shipments are refreshed with the current status.
